Charges me money for the services that I do not want. When will it ever stop? Isn't there someone out there that can help put a stop to this business?

I receivd a call about two years ago. I was 17 so of course I was interested in what the lady had to say. She told me about $1000 that I can spend anywhere. I got the money but never even used it. I threw it in ht trash. A couple of days later, I went to Canada and my mother told me that my bank account was in a negative balance. I was very frekaed out because BOA charges you $35 for every overdraft. Come to find out, BWP magazines have been charging me for services that I do not need. I called them a lot to cancel but they told me that you can't cancel. The lady told me that if I don't pay that my credit would be ruined. I mean I feel that I'm paying them for no services. I ddin't even remember getting ther services. So I decided to cancel my card.
