Magazine rip off scam phone

My college son found a charge on his bank statement that he did not authorize. He was charged $68.28 for a five year subscriptions for magazines that he did not subscribe to. They were giving him the run around with this and he gave me the phone. They told me that this was the first of the charges and there were 19 more monthly payments which totals $1365.60. (Now tell me who will ever order that many magazines.) They stated that they could not or I suspect would not tell me what magazines had been ordered.

I was originally told they could not stop the order and he had authorized the charge. I told them three times that he did not make these charges and they told me they could not cancel his charges. I told them I was going to go to the district attorney and file charges and was transferred immediately to a supervisor who finally said they would cancel the subscriptions. We are supposed to receive a credit card refund within 7-10 business days and will be looking for it.

I tried to get a physical address or web address and could not get either from the company. They claim that they do their sells by phone only. Their phone number is 1-888-846-4990. Do not deal with this company under any condition.
