Frustrating. Rip off... Useless... Waste of time... Unprofessional... Zero help... Dont bother!

Don't use ASN. Biggest waste of time I have ever experienced! Company sounded great when they called to solicite. I filled out the User Terms of Service forms they needed. The paperwork ate up 3 weeks. My account was turned over to 5 different agents including a manger who was absolutely useless. What a waste of my time and energy. Don't spend a dime with this company, you'll find yourself chasing people down for updates and no one returns calls. Management needs some serious TRAINING. After 2 months of aggrevation and ZERO help I pulled my membership. Don't use ASN!!
