Green Dot Card Services - Columbus Bank And Trust
Columbus bank and trust put my money into a persons account I dont even know!

On October 27th I purchased a reload able money pack for Green dot of $500.00 to purchase plane tickets to go see sick family. I called the 1-866-963-6219 number to load the card a rep from green dot named Johann first ask me if I wanted to activate my card I said no I need to reload the card I already have Johann then ask me to for the money pack number with some hesitation I read off the numbers to him once I was done giving him the numbers he said ok your loaded I said how can I be loaded if you never even ask me for my credit card number! I was flipping out were did this guy put my funds! I ask him were my funds are? And how can you load funds into an account that no one gave you a number to! Johann then put me on hold and came back and said he's going to transfer me to another department and they would fix the problem, I ask him were I was calling turns out green dot uses cheap labor from the Philippines instead of using people from America! Johann then sent me to another department and the next guy in the Philippines was even worse he said it was Johann fault and there nothing he could do I would have to be transferred to another department again, were now I have to fax them proof of my load pak. This is insane its 2 days now and still green dot hasn't put my money into my account or returned it or contacted me via phone! If green dot would use people in America this probably wouldn't have happened! Dont use Green dot!!! What blows me away is the bank they work under Is called bank of trust bank of trust or bank of ripping people off!
