Fleet Global Services Warren Transportation fraudulent ripoff business

I am an Owner/Operator that was leased to this company for a very short time. I was told by David Warren to take a load to California at which was illeagal to pull because it was either over weight on the trailer axles and/or over Caliafornia bridge law! I refused to haul this load due the ticket I would get for doing so, at which David Warren told me that if I didnt take this load that he pull my lease!

So I told him that I was not going to violate the law, and he pulled my lease, and now refuses to pay all monies in the sum of $1556.49 to me for the loads that I hauled prior to this altercation! This is a wrongful business practice upon his part, and would hope that he will come to see the light and pay me what is owed! Now to further this, I am not the onlt person he owes money to, and David Warren has also passed bad cheks to severl people and other businesses!
