Worst Customer Service!

Baers Furniture is one of the WORST furniture store EVER!!! I bought a coach & love seat set back in November.in July the legs on my love seat broke. Furniture is cover under one year warrenty. I called Baers Furniture and they sent out a repair man. The repair man tried to fix the legs but was unable to do so. He wrote up a report and had me sign the report. I careful read the report and even made a photo copy of the report before he left my house.

Unknown to me the repair man added addition information to the report after I signed it which is ILLEGAL. He stated that the damage was caused by kids jumping on the sofa or a large individual jumping on the sofa. I do not have any kids in my house and I live alone with my mother who is not over weight. I complained about this ILLEGAL document and Baers Furniture was willing to send out another repair man.

The second repair man came and noted that the damage was caused by "vendor defect" on the second report. I called into Baers Furniture the following day and Cammy the supervisor stated that it "does not matter what the second repair man say, " they are going with what the first repair man indicated on the first report. I left two messages for Ron Baer the owner and still no return phone calls. I have e-mail them and still no return e-mail. If you want a furniture company that will take care of you and have good customer service... DO NOT BUY FROM BAERS FURNITURE!!!

I am currently building a brand new house in Florida and I will say this non of my furnitures or any of my family members/friends furnitures will ever be from Baers Furniture!
