You will see review after review with stories of how these guys advertise one price, get to your house, then attempt to extort more and more and more money out of you.

They are just pathetic. They tried to pull this BS on me and I called them on it. When I did, the "salesman" pulled the old "Let me call me manager." Then proceeded to tell me that, since I was a first time customer, he could make me a great deal.

In short, we have a wedding coming and I needed it cleaned so I negotiated them down and had them do the work. The carpet was so wet that EIGHT HOURS later, it is still damp in spots. LOL Not only are these guys thieves, they are incompetent.
