Billed me for a voicemail account i never signed up for!

This company has been billing me for a voicemail account for over a year without my consent... I never would have noticed it until i looked over my phone bill and wondered why it was so outrageous!!! If anyone is reading this here's all of the information i could gather to get this removed from my bill... E-mail addr: support@mysolovoice.com; fax# 813-449-5163.
When you call and ask for the services to be discontinued, they should give you a confirmation #... I have just recently done this, so i don't know what the outcome is right now... I will let everyone know as soon as i get a response (or don't get a response).. If we flood that fax # with our complaints, hopefully someone will take notice... Also, here's the customer service phone # i was given... 866-537-9974... Good luck to everyone who has been billed these services unjustly!!!
