I signed with this company with the understanding that the equipment would belong to me at the end of a three year lease/purchase agreement.
I spoke with them at that time and was told it was five years. The person I spoke with was rude and barely spoke English well enough to even understand my question. I tried several more times to get out of this lease. When I closed my company in May of I spoke with them and followed their rules of giving them notice, etc. I returned all of their equipment. I was billed for one more month. I closed my account when all other bills were paid. Then I received another bill in October.
I would also like to see these people put out of business. I took a beating at their hands.
