Ripoff - promised to refund but not in full amount deceptive company tricked and lied to us

The company's representive promised on the phone to refund me membership charge on my credit card. But I did not receive a penny.
Later on we called back, the company only refunded partially becasue they claimed no records indicated I called. I even have representitative's name written down!
$11 is not a big deal. It gives me warning which I would like to share with other consumers - Do not ever try to use this evil company's service - You will not get your money back in full if you find out something wrong.
