Hires and fires people for no clear reason

This campany is really full of crap and it is really not worth working here. I started in February in Orlando. Me and my sister and 25 other coworkers that were hired at the same time as me got fired for no reason at all. That job was a waste of time. The training sucks they dont give you enough time to learn the sales process. Basically the floor supervisor just said that i have been removed from the program. I know for a fact that i didnt do anything wrong or bad to get fired that fast. I was only there for 3 weeks and only got two paychecks. When i asked him why, he couldnt even give me a clear reason. He told me to write my cell phone number down so that i can be contacted again to get trained on a new program. Just like phony liars, the company did not call back like they said they would and it is so annoying to think about. I thought it was very disrespecful to me. The hiring process is so retarded. It is not like a traditional hiring process. All they do is talk to you like you are a kindergardener and they see if you can write down a sentence and read a paragraph. Then they ask for your ss card and take the information and fire you two weeks later while they still have your information. Who knows, they could be stealing your identity. I did all of that for nothing and I should have called the labor board on them. Im pretty sure that this company is still taking peoples information hiring and firing people everyday. They should seriously be ran out of business. The hourly pay is not much for that kind of work anyway.
