Be Careful When Applying for Jo

I was hired at Integrative Nutrition as part of a huge hiring spree. They seem to be constantly hiring new employees: their buisness is booming at the moment.
Excited to start a new job, I was in it to win it. However, a week after starting the job, I was pulled into a room of new hires and fired on the spot. Thats right, it was a GROUP FIRE. I was not told a specific reason as to why i was fired, but rather that i "did not fit into the company."
The company is sort of strange... They hire a very homogeneous staff. Working there for a week almost felt like rushing for a sorority - if you didn't say or choose the right things, you might be screwed. The company is 99% women, and they are all very happy go lucky... It almost felt bizarre. I am a very friendly person, and even I felt strange.
Basically they hire alot of people and fire many new hires in groups. I had quit my past job to start a new career with IIN, only to be fired a week later. Don't get me wrong, I am highly capable of performing the job, and have a solid background and work experience.
Be careful when applying/hiring with IIN. They conduct group interviews, hire a bunch of people, and fire the ones that dont perfectly fit their strange sorority-esc mold. Very, very strange. They are kind when firing - they offer some words of advice and they also offer recommendations, however this is probably to avoid getting sued.
If they had told me that the first few weeks were a trial period, i would not have left my last employer. Basically, this company stole my livlihood and left me with nothing. They didnt even give me, a highly educated and capable person, a chance!!!
