Mike Kelley Run a round Ripoff

This report is mostly about their hiring process, they dont let you know that is it a strictly a commission job. And when you ask them they give you the run a round to make you believe that is is hourly or salary. The only way to get promoted is to bring in five people and get them promoted. Basically it is a pyramid scheme to get more people out there to sell their products. One product they sell is minimum wage poster which are required by OSHA to have posted up, their technique is to let the consumer believe that they have to get it from them, some of them even try to scare the owners that dont speak english into buy those posters because "OSHA might come and do some inspections and fine you" just a scare tactic. But my main complaint is about their hiring process, it is unfair to make the potential employee believe some that is not totally true and then ask them to start right away on this "unbelieveable" job and in the process not put their two weeks in their other job so they burn a bridge. They asked me top start the very next day or else the position wont be available anymore. I had to leave my other job just like that and start working the next day at this new job. I kept asking the person who was training my about the pay and they kept giving me these open answers where i could interpert them in a couple way, when you are dealing with a person who needs a job and has a child to support you give them direct answers not "it all depends on you, depend on the days you work" What is that suppossed to mean? I Can work three days and make some money or work 5 days a week and make nothing.
