This is a scam and a ripp off

I contacted this company in february paid the registration fees of 258.23, and then waited for the information, when it arrived I read thru it and had too get some of the papers needed, and i did not hear from them, i had too wait too get military records and old school records before i could submit the application. After assembling this information, i attempted too call and email them too no avail. Atleast they did not get anything other than my258.23 asd i did not send in the application, if anyone knows what too do too get money back or file suit please contact me. Thanks shorty...
