In short, this is a site that supposedly can be used for report lookups.
After a $40 registration fee, I was given a generic-looking set of login credentials, which I believe to be universal for all "members". This site is nothing but links to already well-known sites, and as itself provides no information. There is no contact information, no address, phone number, 'nor even an email address listed!
Thus I will have to call my card provider and force a card-not-present charge-back, as there's no way of getting ahold of these individuals.
