Terrible customer service - leather vest

Long story short. This is the worst I have ever been treated by a company. Very poor product quality and absolutely the most ignorant customer service (?) rep I have ever dealt with. I will never do business with BIKEBANDIT.com again and I urge everyone else not to be tempted to purchase from them. I could go on and on but please, please do not do business with these guys. You will get ripped off!
