Deceptive fraud not selling targeted Internet

I ordered USA targeted fans from http://www.buy-fans.org but they delivered all likes from other countries. I wasn't expecting a perfect result, but for the extra fee that I paid should have gotten me at least some fans from the USA so I was severely disappointed in this. It makes no sense for somebody outside of the USA to like my page so that seems really forced and fake. When I tried to get in touch with them about getting a partial refund they did not take my request seriously. I would have appreciated better customer service and a better result for my page because this was just a waste of time and money for me.
