Bad customer service

I requested the ROKR E8 on 9/16/09.By 9/23/09 it still hadnot appeared. I named they claimed these were expecting a cargo, I questioned why because the site stated the telephone was in-stock.informed them to stop my purchase. It's today 9/28/09 I've yet to locate my money returned to acct. I named the financial institution they stated Cellhut obtained the cash about the 21st. How will you consider cash to get a solution you've not delivered? 9/29/09 I called cellhut about why I'dnot obtained a reimbursement for that cancelled purchase. I had been informed that merely a supervisor might do this. I screamed, "why did the final woman I spoke to inform me that she's to complete was press a also it could be prepared?". She named me AB! Tch and put on me. I instantly got a call-back from quantity (516) 740-0656. It might have now been the lady that simply hung-up on me, as all of the women at Cellhut audio simply equally but rapidly the speech transformed to that particular of the guy who stated he'd approach it immediately. He attempted to become unpleasant also as he hung-up by contacting me "buttercup". Within my conversation using the man I really could notice the women giggling within the history. Good customer support, no?
