Steam steriliser - Closer to nature steam sterilise

Steriliser looses power all together mid cycle or has no power going to it at all - on 1 occastion the steriliser was bubbling and showed the sign E for empty (there was 80ml of water added at the begining of the cycle?) this is not a good advert for your item as i need a reliable unit for the health of my baby a half sterilised bottle is no good to me especially as babies develop thrush from things like this (I am a very unhappy customer) I have returned the item to Babies R us who have tested the unit twice but everytime the unit works ok, they tell me there is nothing they can do unless they find the fault with the item at time of testing it. Can you advise me on what to do as i am reluctant to purchase another one at £59.99 for the same thing to happen in 4 months time.
