In- may my partner ordered me a set of 14k gold emerald-cut diamond stud earrings. He compensated $250.00 plus tax for them. After many months although not annually they made dark in my own ears and got my ears infected. I required them back again to walmarts simply to be informed I didnt have them there. Sent e-mail and was informed to consider them back again to the store. I did. Again they wouldnt trade or clear them. This has been happening since march. I never requested for my cash back. Just repair them. After many emails telephone calls and excursions towards the shop I had been Advised to obtain a lawyer. We;re out the cash plus earrings cant be used since theyre to ugly. The greatest component is I got them to some dealers and he explained they werent actual to start with. Real platinum doesnt change black. I have show these were purchased there also it claims 14k gold about the box. Walmart is tearing people off remaining and correct and receiving away with it. I may continue every website I will discover and article this. I have a magnetic sign up my vehicle stating how walmart ripped me off. All I needed was an exchasnge or ask them to washed and they declined and so I need my cash back.
