I ordered 3 books from bookslurp.com. I received only one of the books I ordered. I received the wrong edition of the second book. I never received any form of the third book.
I called them several times to resolve the problem, but no one picked up. So, I left 2 messages. They never responded. I emailed them and they emailed me incorrect tracking numbers. I emailed them letting them know about the incorrect tracking numbers. They never responded until I filed a dispute with my credit card company.
In their final email response, they asked what they could do to resolve the problem. I responded that they ought to send me my books. They have not replied or sent the other books. Do not be surprised if you experience something similar.
