Dear complaint:
I have some information concerning the Nurses Book Society. I ordered The Nursing Essentials Resource Set from them online. They sent me the wrong materials. After seeing your report on the Nurses Book Society I was very upset and felt taken advantage of. I emailed them a "to the point letter" for better choice of words. I explained to them that they sent me the wrong books, and that I saw a report on them on Usa Consumer Complaints.com. I explained that I was not going to be ripped off and that I was not going to pay for the wrong books being sent to me.

I also explained that I consulted my attorney about this matter. I received email today, stating that they were sorry for the inconvienence and that they would send me the correct books I ordered and to keep the wrong books they sent me for my inconvenience at no charge. The right books per their email will be sent within 14 business days. We shall see if they live up to there word. I gave them persistance and that I had consulted my attorney. I will send an update if and when they send me the right books. Thank You
