Jesse Kaplan of surge power sports offered to make me partners in his personal water craft shop, only to try and set me up with stolen credit cards and try to make me do shabby work and rip off customers with over priced bills. This guy gives fake warranties to people he sells PWC to also title jumps and forges peoples names on bill of sales. Jesse kaplan was part owner in CT power sports with brian dunn and blamed all the bad things on brian dunn. I personaly when though what brian did and can say STAY AWAY FROM JESSY KAPLAN
