Do not use this company!!!
Stuff was picked up on the 3rd ofSept and should have arrived within 10 days. 2 weeks now and counting. They NEVER call you back and they claim they do but they use the phonenumbers of where you CAME from.
They overcharged and bully you intoaccepting their fees once they arrive. The charges were DOUBLE the estimate. My friend needed to move thatday to be in NJ on time to start her job and at that point had nochoice. They used miles of tape on things that didn't need tape andcharged her for it, scaring her into more packing because "you know things can break". Then added $600 on for weight but measure it bycubic feet.
Still no stuff and no calls back.
Who knows where her stuffis and from the reviews I read, if it ever arrives it will most likelybe damaged. I am contacting an attorney.
Eddie and Joan are totally unresponsive.
