I requested seats for my sweetheart's birthday per month before. Tailgatetickets charged my creditcard the identical time. I still haven't obtained these seats. I have been calling these folks pretty much every evening for that previous week with no you have any solutions for me personally. There's just one individual, Amy, who evidently has the capacity to lookup ticket purchases. And she simply never appears to be at work. Amy assured me that I'd obtain my seats recently to ensure that his birthday today. They actually went so far as informing me that I'd improve seats when they couldn't deliver me the seats I requested. Nowadays may be the special day and that I am empty-handed. They cannot actually supply me having a following range since Amy cannot find evidence they were actually sent!!! This type of person useless and thus unprofessional. I don't suggest using these folks. I used StubHub this past year plus they were excellent. I regret applying Tailgatetickets!!
