I would not recommend this site to anyone

I'd not suggest this website to anybody. I requested seats for my boy and dtrinlaw. And were told the seats might appear the next evening. I had been informed within the telephone the seats could be in the box-office for them. Then I obtained a contact showing the seats could be delivered to their house. I called and talked with Fran, exactly the same individual I'd voiced with originally, and he was rude and ridiculous. He couldn't comprehend my problem, and berated me for calling. About the evening of the show a company card came from Fedex (for $40.00 shipping cost). We were really worried the seats wouldn't be there. Nonetheless they were in the box-office, though there is some unwillingness about the area of the field office release a them to my boy because he didn't possess the same charge card which was about the preliminary purchase. They did obtain tickets and truly loved the show, nevertheless there is much stress and consternation prior to it-which created one issue if they were likely to obtain the seats.
