Kinship Companions Buyer Beware of Kinship Companions Breeding Program. Pup Charlie came to us with poor genetics and has Kidney dysplasia, situs inversus! Breeder does not cover genetically sick pups unless they die!

We purchased Charlie a golden retriever pup from Kinship Companions. Within a month of ownership he was diagnosed with kidney dysplasia and then we found out he also has situs inversus a rare genetic issue where his organs are a mirror image of what they should be!

He is a sick, low energy dog and has chronic genetic problems; Possibly due to poor breeding practices.

The breeders refused to refund or replace our pup even with 3 vets sending reports on Charlie's issues. Rip off for sure! Buyer be careful! Their "warranty" only covers a repacement pup if the pup dies within a year! A chronic genetic disorder which is costing a mint, doesn't qualify!

Pass on this breeder... There are plenty of other breeders who have a warranty clause to pay vet bills up to the cost of the pup if they are genetically compromised.
