We are a Marketing Agency based in Portland Oregon. We've been doing business with www.BullDogsNYC.com for over a year. Steve Roytman, Chris & Victor Chemerisov. We recently received a dispute from AMEX stating they don't know who we are and they wanted 6 months of charges back as fraud. $2950.00 Complete Liars! These people are completely dishonest, unethical and honorable business men. Please heed imminence caution if thinking about doing business with them. They are CROOKS!
