Bad billing practices, unwilling to respond or correct errors

They billed me incorrectly, charged me over 120 dollars for it and wouldn't even respond to phone calls faxes or emails. Filed a claim with the bbb they didn't nothing in response. Said that my credit rating wouldnt be affected it was. Do not let these people buy out your student loans, their staff is incredibly unorganized and incompetent.
