I was unfiarly terminated by the Kroger Company on July 29th. I am accused of creating a hostile work environment. There has been kissing ass by certain employees to get their way with management.
The store manager does not give any time for both parties to explain their side of the situation before ruling a decision on whether or not to suspend them. The store manager also coached employees to give their statements against the other employmees.
I want everyone to know that the Kroger Company and the Union that is involved with them do not help the employee that needs help to keep their job and like to stab the employees in back. I want to see actions taken against the Kroger Company and the UFCW Local 1059 in Columbus, Ohio.
