Ripoff, deceptive advertising, bogus Fed. Tax charges— adding more & more with each billing cycle, charged for non-working equipment & replacements, consumer fraud ripoff screwed others too

I sign-up with sprint pcs (my biggest mistake) a year ago & still have another miserable year of hell with them before my contract is up, thus if i cancel early, i'm charged more than $300— not something i can afford, so i'm left with there crappy service.

They have continually given me nothing but a hard time, there billing practices are very questionable, they keep insisting that they are not 'raising' the monthly charges, it's the 'federal taxes & surcharges'. My plan is supposed to be $29.99/mo— after switching from a higher plan they started me on, & still charging me close to $37 for this.

I don't even use a full hour each month, but the taxes & surcharges keep skyrocketing.

The calls ALL ALWAYS dropped, even before a connection is made.

Sounds like warped sheet metal going through the phone at any time, there is NOTHING 'free & clear' about any of there service.

They keep sending my invoices online, instead of mailing my invoice— talk about cheap. Then i can never access their website, it always freezes after i login& all i get is a blank whit screen. Then the payment becomes 'late' because i couldn't get access into the site. Not notifying me when the invoice would be available until after the due date had past.

The absolute worst customer service on the planet— they are horrible. If they decide they don't want to 'deal' with you, they drop you from the line & then wonder why you get so upset talking to them.

Experienced nothing but problems from them from the start (and that's being nice).
