Landscaping Mike Seach ripoff waste of time and money

Ended up finishing job ourselves...

Mike quoted a price then kept changeing the contract without customers permission. Put in used and brocken parts. Customer was charged for new parts. Did bad cement work that needed to be redone.

Sprinkler system needed to be redone. Hydroseeding needed to be redone at owners exspense do to inproper sprinkler system. Then demanded to be paid $1000.00 more than the original contract..
