Best Buy refuses to fix

Purchased an LG front-load machine and dryer from Bestbuy nearly 2 yrs ago. It drinks throughout the spin period, that we had particularly requested about before it had been bought.inside a month, we'd something guy come and appear at it. He explained all we're able to do is buy the plastic that proceed under it to lessen the move. The Lg machine shouldn't have now been offered to us since it must be on the concrete floor. Bestbuy, obviously, might do nothing.

Today the machine is wholly damaged. The service-man claims it's unfixable because of the recurring shaking throughout the spin period. I still have three-year guarantee quit, and Bestbuy is going to do nothing. Claims it's our problem for lacking a concrete floor. We will have to buy another machine, which obviously won't fit the dryer. We're out over $1000 to get a wahser that's still under guarantee, but Bestbuy has weasled out-of changing or fixing it.
