Terrible company

I bought a whirpool front-load machine and dryer from HHGregg in January of 08. The machine was aweful from day 1. While it went in to the spin period it seemed enjoy it would move itself over the home. I'd whirlpool support individuals emerge 4 times. Some of those occasions, was because of the device deterioration and my laundry area was included in water. They set it also it happend again yesterday. I simply occurred to wander by and smell anything burning. Both machine and dryer were operating in about 1" of water on the ground. I unplugged everything. I've no idea what it's gong to complete to my ground. I'm attempting to sell my home so at this time I can't display it till this gets mounted. OUR whirpool warrently went out. I purchased an additional 5-year guarantee from HHGregg as well as their fix/guarantee quantity is just available on weekdays. I'll never buy a whirlpool item again. Among the fix people explained the washer I bought was a DUD plus they had more calls onto it than every other machine. I agreed to spend the distinction to update but neight HHGregg or Whirpool might get it done. I had been informed the Whirpool "never required an item back" that it'd create their solution quality look terrible.
