Delivery service stinks

Our mother-in-law bought a machine and dryer from bestbuy on the Sunday, they salesman mentioned they might provide it on Tuesday. JB Hunt named and stated that they'd be there between 2-5pm. Around 6pm she still hadn't seen anthing and named them. They informed her they went out-of period and needed to reschedule for Friday. She was ok with that. Friday arrived plus they stated that they'd be there between 5-7. Around 6:30 pm on Friday JB Hunt named her and mentioned that due to the rainfall that day they would need to stop the shipping and didn't provide her a brand new morning or period. The issue with this particular one is the fact that once they named her sunlight was glowing and there is no flooding about the streets whatsoever. After I named JB Hunt on her account they explained they wouldn't have the ability to provide until Sunday. I told them that their company ethics smell which we are returning the machine and dryer and likely to another person that doesn't utilize JB search for deliveries. Unfortunatly this really is producing Bestbuy search poor, which is not their problem.
