Awful service

I've a problem from this organization it is a little criticism but it indicates a great deal. I really hope scanning this the organization increases. Last December I requested some fresh lights to get a Mini-Maglite AAA flashlight in the above organization. As time passes I obtained the lights - however they weren't the right types. I sent 'SP' and delivered the lights back! After-Christmas I again published for them requesting what had become of my purchase. They published back also it was currently apparent in my experience they had forgotten concerning the issue. I expected for my money-back or more to today my banking account hasn't been acknowledged. Itis merely a bit - £5.23 - but itis the theory that matters. I'm considering threatening them having a small-claims court state. They've no courtesy to actually answer my emails. They're getting this issue gently whilst the price would be to less, but I'm a guy of principle and reside with theory, when they do not answer my last mail then I'm certain to draw them to courtroom for many small states.
