What began like a basic criticism concerning the inadequate support I obtained at-one of the stop was created significantly worse after I delivered a for their HQ (Imperial Oil Ltd.). Not just did they not react to this criticism till AFTER I submitted a using the Better Business Office, they exasperated the issue by neglecting my desires to become approached via email-only and offered my telephone number towards the very individual (Satinder, stop supervisor) who initially triggered my disappointment. She named me and from the start charged me to be a liar and selecting in the information on my criticism building me enraged to the stage that I'd to hold on her as she'dnot I'd like to state 1 single-word. The "Customer Support Expert", Elizabeth Benoit, attempted twice to contact me, again against my desires, after which ultimately answered towards the Better Business Institution and also to my current email address having a candy-coated notice that created it seem they did anything possible to please me like a client and went so far as to LAY by what they really did. I'm not really that worried about poor people encounter I obtained in the stop but instead the totally unprofessional approach their Hq managed my criticism.
