I bought a bed & box-spring for over $3,000.00 significantly less than 3 years back. The bedding was faulty and smashed right down to an unequal, irregular, uneasy mattress. Customer support for Greater Bedding arrived to examine and decided. A study was submitted, the bed is faulty.

I called the shop and talked towards the Supervisor to go over the faulty bed. I had been informed, "we don't bring that bed any more, there's nothing we are able to do, contact the maker".

Disappointed with my discussion, I named Tom Wholley (Vicepresident) to go over my choices. Their terms in my experience were, "there's nothing I'm prepared to do for you personally, contact the maker".

Now Better Beddings advertisements are about customer support fulfillment. I've not experienced any customer support fulfillment. I'm currently caught having a $3,000.00 bed that I'm not able to rest in. Customers, do your study and discover a store who'll remain behind there items since Greater Bedding hasn't with me.
