American Bedding/Spring Air Depressions in mattress causes sleepless nights

Someone from Consolidated Bedding cam to my home to measure the depressions in my mattress in April (2 years after I bought the mattress set). They told me the 1 3/8 inch depressions were not structural damage, greater than 1 1/2 inch was considered a warranty issue. The mattress now has 2 inch depressions. It is very difficult to get a good nights rest when you feel like you're rolling into a ditch.
I can't get through to Consolidated phone lines to have them send an inspector out. Their 800 and 813#'s are always busy. No matter what time of day I try calling, they are always busy. No response to a letter I wrote them.
I will never buy another mattress set manufactured by them. They do not stand behind their product!
