Replyrealestate misrepresentation, fraudulent charges on my account, over $1000.00 indio, California

Fraudulent Misrepresentation and illegal removal of funds from my account.

The Company to beware of is Replyreal estate. They called me and in their approach indicated that they would provide me with bonifide leads on people that either wished to buy or sell their homes.

There were to be no charge to my account as long as I notified them within 3 days that I had e-mailed or called (which I did both of) the prospect and let them no if the party was interested.

After app. 20 to 30 contacts and none of the leads ever responding and some even with phoney contact info I decided to cancel on August 2.

On August 3, and unknown to me they began removing money from my account. Over $1000.00!

I have tried to contact the Company and they do not return my calls.

I would be more than happy to have other people contact me re: these scam artists and maybe we have enough people for a class action lawsuit.
