Bad soil quality

I purchased 8 cu yd of natural dirt out of this organization on March 27th. Since some health condition, I invest an additional $100 to place this dirt around my home. I purchased large quantity of a costly vegetables and plants (blackcurrant plants, bitter cherry bushes, cranberry plants, lingonberry plants, etc) for my backyard. But bad soil quality eliminates just about all my crops and that I needed to invest much more to repair my backyard (top-soil, manure, supplements, etc) and purchase even more blossoms, greens crops along with other. Many times I did so attempt to contact them back again to clarify the problem so that as an effect, the dog owner delivered me a look for $100 and thats it. I dont think its good enough.

The dog owner didnt actually wish to speak with me.

What I'd like would be to get all my money-back areas for accessories I'd to invest.

This whole scenario completely stressed me out and that I wish I'm likely to have my money-back, and so I might take action else for that next year to create my backyard gorgeous again.
