Great product! - Aqua Globes

I got my first set of aqua globe s with reservations but after seeing my plants flourish I had to get more to support my outdoor plants when I brought them in for winter.
First off make sure your soil is not packed. This is bad for the plant much less the fragile globe stem.
Second when you insert the globe make sure the dirt closes around the stem and doesn't leave an opening or the globe will just empty. The globe wokrs based on air in the soil if it has access to air it adds water.
Yes the globe is round glass and is a fire hazard do not put into direct sunlight. Keep the plant indoors or use the plant to block the sun from the globe.
Also invest in a metal skewer. Dirt will get packed inside the stem and will be impossible to remove without this tool. Would be nice if the company provided a cleaning tool but my skewer works nicely.
Remember some plants use more water than others. Some gobes I have have to be filled every few days while others don't have to be filled for weeks.
All in all with a little common sense the aqua globe turns and common person with a houseplant into an expert grower. So many people have asked me how I get my plants so big and I just point to the globes. I love them! Only product improvement I would reccomend would be more color selection. It would be nice if I could get globes to compliment my decor or particular flowers.
