International Media Publishing Payment Ripoff. Overcharging, claiming payments have not been made. Portland, Oregon

I have been recieveing the packets for Build a book type publishing. It was a very informed collection and I have been happy to recieve it. Various information from an at home yoga course, to natural cures for common illnesses, to learning things on the spiritual side of things, like guardian angels, ancient charms, horoscopes, tea leaves, ruins, clairvoyence, etc.
The information is Wonderful. Now I have been paying about $32 a month, and have paid twice in one month at least once, spending about $320 on this collection as is. I was fine receiving it once a month. That was until I got a bill claiming that I have 4 unpaid shipments, totalling $118.80. I am a lower income individual and viewed this as my one little treat to myself, as I have enjoyed it. But this unpaid shipment thing is Bull. The last time I missed a Payment, they immeadiately placed my account on hold, they didn't continue to ship things to me.
I think this company should give the option to it's " Long time valued customers" a chance to purchase the entire collection, for a lower cost, but god forbid that they actually try not ripping people off.
I did call the company, and as I was trying to find out what the hell was going on, I had the girl try and sell me an option to have the charges automatically billed to my debit or credit card. My first response was "NO." Sounds pretty clear, right? So what does she do? She continues to try and sell this to me. It's pretty bad when you have to flat out say, " I can't afford that so stop trying to sell it to me." This was the end of the conversation. I must say, if you get the option to purchase from them, be sure you are able to pay in full for a one time payment, before you even think about it.
By the way, just so you know, if you get the chance to get all of their extras and "essentials" for free, give up, I still have yet to recieve a full set of ANYTHING, Making what I currently have only partial and unusable.
