Dear god watch for your bank to sell your mortgage to whilshire-they are a debt collector and will steal your home!

This report is about wilshire credit corporation -which IS a DEBT collection agency!!! In 2006 I bought a home in indiana. My bank whom I purchased the home through was national city bank. I was at a high interest rate with a 2yr. Pre-payment pen. I was able to make the payments for 2yrs, and then I was going to refinance. Long story short I lost my job. Little did I know that national city was going to sell my loan to a dept collection agency!!! Hello? Is this ethical and or legal? They are unwilling to work with me and have just as of today given me a higher interest rate now at 10.25%. There is no way I can make a 1800.00 month payment for I am a single person. My payment went up 300.00 a month. Because of my job loss I had to file bankruptsy on certain things not my home or car. I've tried to keep up but they continualy add late charges and charges I don't even know what they are for.

Does anyone out there know what I can do or rather what can we do? This company has bought up high risk loans and then making so that we do lose our homes! Come on federal and local goverment what the hec are you doing letting these people profit unethicly, unhonestly, who owns this company anyway??? There has got to be something we can do. Please respond if anyone has any ideas... Signed... Ready to lose my home and thousands of dollorsalready lost!
