Lied about return policy

TJ Maxx includes a return policy as you are able to return product t/e a bill within 3 months. I went directly into get shop credit for an item and also the worker - Jenn Whiting and also the supervisor - Shan Lee wouldn't return them.

They said it wasn't "within the program. Nevertheless, I purchased them and attempted to come back it within 3 months —nicely within TJ Maxxis 90-day return interval.

Issue:

Deceptive return policy. Product must have experienced TJ Maxxis repository also it was not.

Jenn Whiting was a rude worker and Shan Lee, the supervisor, wasn't useful.
