I put an order also it arrived 14 days later imperfect. I had been not informed that something was sold-out or something like this which may warrant my being billed for things not received. I sent and named many times without any reaction. 30 days later, I eventually got in contact plus they offered me some baloney story about back buying. I'm still involved with a backwards and forwards e-mail struggle with these incompetents.
