It was the toughest online buying experience ACTUALLY. NEVER BUY FROM THE CORPORATION!!! To begin with I had been billed for items which I never received. After I asked regarding the lost products I had been informed these were on back-order. I subsequently requested for that back-orders to become terminated and my CC returned. Obviously, annually later and many emails backwards and forwards using the same "we shall credit your consideration in 4-10 business days" reaction I'm still out $500.00 which should HAVEN'T been charged to my card within the first place.increase all this the truth that no body actually replies the telephone (today disconnected) and bad customer support. Undoubtedly the TOUGHEST online organization however. I can't declare it enough-do not buy from the corporation!
