Bait and switch

On February 27, I bought a set of prescription spectacles from LBW Eyewear lbweyewear.com through my PayPal account. I obtained a confirmation email from PayPal declaring the deal experienced, but I never obtained a delivery notice from LBW Eyewear. Based on their AID area, my spectacles might appear between 10-15 business days.

On March 19, I e mailed LBW Eyewear support@lbweyewear.com requesting an update on my purchase. Since I have did not obtain a response, I e mailed again on March 21 & March 23... However no response.

On March 25, I visited Pay-Pal's site and stuck a criticism.incredibly later that night, I obtained an email from "Chris" data@lbweyewear.com declaring my spectacles were sold-out and that I had a need to spot another purchase.

I instantly e mailed "Chris" back and informed him used to donot wish to spot another order or delay another 10-15 business days and requested him again to please stop the order and return my purchase.

It Is March 29 and that Iam still waiting on the reaction from "Chris" but still waiting on my reimbursement.
