Match Eyewear
Poor Product

Had the last couple of eyewear prescriptions from Vision Associates (Marlborough, MA) fullfilled through Match Eyewear, and had the last 2 identical FLOAT frames just fall apart and found that Match Eyewear offered no warranty support. The local optometrist office called them and they would not help. I sent a message to their Customer Service email on their website, and received no acknowledgement from them. I don't know what the original warranty was, but the titanium FLOAT frames I bought (expensive) should last more than 18 months before just falling in two parts. I would never buy any eyewear from them again. I should have learned my lesson after the first pair just fell apart while at my desk one day. Buyer beware!
