My telephone co., Verizon, allowed them under the name Integretel, to bill my company for ISP services that were never authorized by my company. They billed $29.95 for this service on two of the six numbers we have billed to our company. When I called Verizon, they directed me to Integretal's number.

Then I spoke with a Lewis Parker at Amerilink who gave me a whole song and dance sales speech. He claimed that someone had called my office months ago and spoke to one of my employees who said that we would take a free 30 day trial of this totally fictitous service. When I told him I wanted the charges removed, he offered to remove one of the month's charges of $29.95, but only $17 off of the other month. I said I would not be satisfied until the charges were totally removed and asked to speak to his supervisor.

Then, he put me on hold and came back and said he could remove all the charges. I am outraged that Verizon would allow a scam on their billing with another company. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for years, and with all of the other carriers out there these days, I cannot believe they could be so low and downright scummy.
